With 1-bit Monocular Depth/Pixel that extends as deep as 2.5 meters and virtual imagery that spans 122 inches, Ultra Reality Extend is truly a window to the virtual world. Designed with users' head movements and applications in mind, the display allows users to move in front of it while perceiving image depth and motion parallax between layers. Intelligence in Every Frame

Whether it’s sensitive data for operators or an immersive experience for simulation and training, the Brelyon software platform allows the rendering of 2D content in two depth layers or the addition of an information layer on top of existing data. With AI enabled features such as auto-annotation and auto-highlighting, Brelyon further empowers users to easily and effectively navigate an environment.

GPU-Addressable Monocular Depth: A 1000x Finer Play with Light

Every depth is not created equal, you might be familiar with stereoscopic 3D in IMAX or headsets where each eye sees slightly shifted images to trigger stereopsis essentially tricking your brain to think what it is seeing is 3D. This is a great way to downsample (93 mrad at 70 cm distance) the true light field that represents the world around us, but since its very coarse it jumps over monocular depth cues (which are discerned in as small as 104 µrad steps) this creates accommodation vergence mismatch leading to fatigue accumulation and that hazy imagery you may have experienced in stereo 3D where your eye can’t maintain focus. While monocular depth alone does not provide stereoscopic 3D cues in Extend, it always matches the vergence of the eyes, making it much easier on the eyes during prolonged usage and without compromising image quality.

World's First Generative Display; 
The Next Bold Chapter in Screen Experience

We believe the next chapter in screen experience goes beyond physical immersion and extends into contextual immersion. Ultra Reality Extend is designed with that vision in mind, allowing direct AI generated data overlays without disrupting your original video stream or, conversely, taking advantage of your video stream to generate an entirely new stream for automation, assistance, or immersion.

Ultra Reality Extend offers three driving modes; Direct Drive, 50% generative and 100% generative modes. The “Direct Drive” allows you to run the display similar to an 8K display. You can use our software “Focal Studios” to convert video content into multi-depth format with 1bit MD/pixel or you can create your own content using existing 3D environments or address depth channels separately in this mode. Ultra Reality Extend goes far beyond that however, by taking advantage of generative modes.

Auto-generate depth where it matters

While Ultra Reality Extend provides 1 bit MD per pixel, generating all of that data in real time is still not possible with standard GPUs. Brelyon ARGEN's heart is the world's first generative rendering architecture that allows the display to read a single 4K 60Hz video input and generate one bit of depth per frame in real time, toggling between different distances as you interact with your content. This capability is crucial for simulation training, teleoperation, and serves as an infrastructure for multi-focal gaming.

Far Beyond Upscaling; Up to 100% Auto-generated Content

Finally the “100% generative” mode enables entirely new content to be generated and displayed at different depth layers increasing your visual bandwidth by 100% compared to your original input ;infusing AI into your field of view.
